The Associate will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions across sectors such as business services, healthcare, industrials, education, and tech-enabled businesses. Role Overview:
The Associate will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing GP‑led secondary investments across a range of sectors, including:
• Business Services
• Healthcare
• Industrials
• Education
• Tech‑enabled businesses
Responsibilities include financial modeling, diligence coordination, investment memo preparation, and transaction execution. Firm closes a high volume of transactions a year in a fast paced environment.
Ideal Candidate:
• 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A or industry coverage), Private Equity, or Leveraged Finance
• Strong 3‑statement financial modeling and analytical skills
• Buy‑side PE experience or banking candidates from M&A/industry groups preferred
• Typically 2-3 years post‑graduation
